Tom Nieminen (født 17. april 1990) er en fodboldspiller for Racing Club Thisne. Nieminen er en af de bedste angribere i Super Liga, og han scorede 12 mål i 2013-14 sæsonen, er den næsthøjeste.
Nieminen har spillet hele sin carrer på Racing Club, siden han blev født i Thisne. Han har været en seniorhold spiller siden 2010.
Han blev valgt i 2012 for at lege med Straslands Fodboldlandshold.
